Here’s an example of one of our projects:
Mr. Gani contacted us regarding his rubber flat roof, which had started to fail. Water was pooling on the surface, leading to multiple leaks across the roof.
After assessing the situation, we recommended a full roof overhaul as the most effective long-term solution. This included installing new furring pieces to create the correct gradient, ensuring proper water runoff and preventing future pooling.
We then installed a high-quality, three-layer felt roofing system, designed for durability and performance. The completed roof comes with a 20-year guarantee against leaks, giving the client complete peace of mind.

New Falls
Furring pieces fitted to accomodate new 18mm OSB to ensure adeqaute water runoff is achieved. Kerbs to skylights raised to allow minimum 150mm upstand with our felt membrane.
2 layers installed
2 layers of polyester felt installed for any boarded area to be left water tight over night. Day 2 sees the timber work finished and 2 layers applied to the rest of the roof.
Cap sheet
Our third layer/cap sheet is torch on to leave a neat wateright finish with minimum 150mm upstands finishing into the brick work and sealed to finish.
